We offer free designing services in personalisation orders.

The design is extra chargeable only if the designer has already worked on your first thought and provided you with design but you change your mind switch to next thought in the same order.

You can even get a single piece customised. That's our USP.

CAN I GET ANY BULK ORDER DISCOUNT IF I PLACE A BULK ORDER?

Yes ofcourse! We can offer you a competitive rate on your bulk order with better quality product.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

If the product is defected when it reaches you, just share us a video of it so that we replace it ASAP.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?

We follow a standard size chart for our apparels and we do a quality check before dispatching.

IS PRICE NEGOTIABLE IN PERSONALISED ORDERS ?

Sorry. Prices are fixed in personalisation orders.

Prices are only negotiable if the order quantity exceeds 20 pieces and are considered as bulk orders.

I WANT TO PRINT ON A SLEEVE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes, It's possible. But it's of extra charge and have some restrictions that our executive will let you know at the time of order.

WHAT FORMAT SHOULD I SUBMIT MY ARTWORK IN?

We can handle any file type, but we prefer Adobe Illustrator files. If submitting a raster file (.psd, .jpg, .gif), we prefer high resolution. The higher the DPI (dots per inch) the better.

WOULD I BE ABLE TO ORDER A BLANK SAMPLE?

Yes, you can order a blank sample of the bulk product you need but there are some restrictions that our executive will let you know.


Payment Information

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

In case of Personalization, you're in direct contact with our team representative. Once you confirm the design to the designer, it goes to production and get dispatched in the next working day.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking id from our representative. In case of online order, you'll get the tracking id on your mail once the order is dispatched. For more queries, you can reach out to us on 0755-4700864.

WHEN CAN I GET THE TSHIRT?

The whole process of personalization takes maximum a week. As soon as customer confirms the design, the product gets shipped from our side in within next 2 working days and reaches you in the next 3-4 days.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or Money Wallets. All the orders are prepaid.


Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not take any returns on personalisation orders as they are uniquely crafted for you except if it has a manufacturing defect on reaching you. We will replace the product in such case.
